Agents can win one of three short-break cruises on Britannia by taking part in P&O Cruises’ 12 Days of Festive Learn & Earn incentive.
Other prizes include Shine points, brand partner gifts such as Marabelle gin or José Pizarro hampers, and gift vouchers.
The incentive launches on Shine Rewards Club today (1 December) with a digital festive calendar featuring a training activity behind each door.
All agents need to do is to complete the activity, whether it’s a quiz, scavenger hunt, training module or webinar, and they will be entered into the daily prize draw to win prizes or Shine points.
Any agent who engages with 10 or more doors between 1 December and 12 December 2025 will also be entered into a prize draw to win one of three short break cruises on Britannia.
