Protected Trust Services has appointed Executive Director Emma Collis as its new Managing Director.
Emma, who has been with PTS since 2018, started her new role on 4 December.
CEO Daniel Landen described Emma as ‘the sort of leader every company wants but rarely finds’.
“She’s bright, brave, and full of positive energy. She listens. She cares. And she makes things happen,” he said.
“Over the past few years, she has taken on more responsibility than her job title ever suggested, and she’s excelled at all of it.”
PTS said more than 150 travel businesses have joined the group this year.
“With the pace PTS is growing, strengthening our leadership team was essential. Giving Emma the MD role simply recognises the work she’s already doing and the trust we all have in her to drive the business into its next chapter. We’re incredibly proud of her and very lucky to have her,” Daniel added.
Emma said: “I’m thrilled to take on the role of Managing Director and to join the Board. It means a lot to have the full backing of the directors and the team.
“Since joining PTS in 2018, I’ve seen this business grow faster and stronger every year. We’re welcoming record numbers of members and pushing ourselves every day to support them better.
“There’s so much more ahead and I can’t wait to help lead the next chapter.”
