Princess Cruises creates new trade training role

Princess Cruises has appointed Carnival Cruise Line Fleet Cruise Director Mike Pack to the newly created role of National Training & Engagement Manager.

Mike will lead trade training development across the UK, Ireland and Europe, while representing Princess at trade shows, roadshows and events.

He has worked in the cruise industry for 15 years, and in his previous role at Carnival, trained cruise directors onboard.

Princess Cruises UK and Europe Vice President Eithne Williamson added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Mike to the Princess Cruises team. His experience and passion for the cruise industry make him a wonderful fit for this new role. We know how important it is for our travel partners to feel supported and confident when selling Princess, and Mike’s appointment is a clear signal of our continued investment in the trade.”

I’ve always believed in the power of great training and meaningful engagement, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our travel partners to help them feel inspired, informed, and ready to grow their Princess business.”
