Princess Cruises has appointed Carnival Cruise Line Fleet Cruise Director Mike Pack to the newly created role of National Training & Engagement Manager.
Mike will lead trade training development across the UK, Ireland and Europe, while representing Princess at trade shows, roadshows and events.
He has worked in the cruise industry for 15 years, and in his previous role at Carnival, trained cruise directors onboard.
Princess Cruises UK and Europe Vice President Eithne Williamson added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Mike to the Princess Cruises team.
